1. Our clients must ensure that the skip will be placed on private property with landowners’ permission. Skips being placed onto highways & roads or council owned land must have a valid permit provided via ourselves with prior notice.

2. 8 Dayz Skip Hire will take no responsibility for any damage to premises or ground (including manholes) if the ground or site is not suitable for our skip vehicle or capable of carrying the skip vehicle and or/ skip filled weight.

3. Clients requesting vehicles to drive onto private land, do so at their own risk.

4. Any obstacle clients wish a skip to be lifted over. i.e. walls, fences, hedges must provide prior notice - 8 Days Skip Hire won't be responsible for any damage caused.

5. Our clients are responsible for the safe keeping of our property and its contents. 8 Dayz Skip Hires property shouldn't be moved without our consent.

6. Skip hire is for approx 14 days, unless agreed otherwise. YOU MUST notify us when our skip is ready for collection – your skip will then be added to a collection rolling list. A collecting date can be agreed at booking. Exceeding 14 days may incur further charges.

7. 8 Dayz Skip Hire DOES NOT accept any hazardous waste. If you are unsure what can go into your skip, please contact us. We will charge for the disposal of incorrect waste.

8. All skips must be level loaded to the top of the skip only. Overloaded skips will not be removed. We have the rights to remove excess loads or charge for the removal of the overloaded skip.
